Erin Tatar

Erin Tatar is based on Denver, Colorado, and serves on Fidelity’s Health & Welfare leadership team with Fidelity Workplace Consulting. With almost 30 years of benefits consulting experience, she is focused on expanding Fidelity’s capabilities around the evaluation and improvement of workforce health and well-being, and the delivery of high value health care plan benefits. She also provides strategic guidance for health & welfare consulting client relationships.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Erin spent 16 years at Willis Towers Watson in a variety of internal management, thought leadership and client management roles. She was most recently the National Co-Leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Health Management practice, responsible for client delivery and operations for the 60+ physicians, nurses, and other thought leaders focused on improving population health and well-being and clinical quality in health care. She also helped launch Willis Towers Watson’s national Health Care Delivery practice, which supports employers as they evaluate and implement emerging provider and network strategies to align incentives between health plan members and health care providers, and to improve value in health care purchasing.

Erin was also a founding principal of a start-up benefits outsourcing and consulting firm. She spent the first six years of her career in the benefits consulting practice of Hewitt Associates.
