Larry Hansard, MsM

Mr. Hansard serves as the Area Director for the Gallagher Healthcare Practice. He is responsible for oversight and growth of healthcare industry accounts in the Greater Washington, D.C. area and throughout the U.S. He also orchestrates healthcare client educational events and outreach.

Mr. Hansard has over 36 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He has worked in both national brokerage firms, as well as smaller regional organizations. He has been a frequent speaker on topics affecting the healthcare industry, such as captive insurance companies, medical professional liability insurance, and general risk management issues. Mr. Hansard has previously served as an Account Executive on a large portfolio of healthcare accounts and as a National Healthcare Segment Leader for an industry specific team.
