Steve Blumenfield is Head of Strategy and Innovation for Health and Benefits, North America at Willis Towers Watson. In addition to previous WTW roles as a Strategy Consultant and Pharmaceuticals Industry Practice leader, Steve has held roles as Chief Marketing Officer for Prime Therapeutics and Vice President, National Businesses Marketing for Aetna. He is also the host of the Cure for the Common Co Podcast, which interviews entrepreneurs in the employer sponsored benefits place.

Externally, Steve serves on the Rutgers University Design Thinking Program Board and was formerly Board Vice President for Bridge House, a mental health social service organization. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School.
